In order to further expand the European market, our customer is opening offices in Munich and Dresden and is looking for more talents to join the company’s team.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for assisting the general manager in overall management and executing departmental work plans and achieving goals
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and following up on daily work plans and achieving various task objectives for each department
- Assist department leaders in daily management work (such as maintaining employee relations, recruitment, training, etc.)
- Responsible for organizing internal and external coordination work, external communication and liaison
- Provide reasonable suggestions and improvement measures based on the department’s situation, and promote the optimization and improvement of processes
- Regularly organize relevant departments to conduct internal audits, promote the standardized operation of various functional departments, and improve management level
- Cooperate with the General Manager to handle major emergencies
- Other matters assigned by the leader
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Work experience in large multinational corporations is preferred
- Strong communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, strong execution ability, high work enthusiasm, and good professional ethics
- Strong data analysis and communication coordination skills
- Possess good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and strong ability to withstand pressure
