We have the space for a new team member and we are excited for the prospect of a new office administrator who also completes basic accounts duties!
YOUR PRACTICAL REQUIREMENTS LOOK LIKE:
- a year 12 certificate
- prior experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Email and basic accounting system software.
- prior administration experience

Responsibilities:
- complete quality administrative duties including phone answering, word processing, excel spreadsheets, accounting system work and accurate emails.
- assisting the manager (female) directly with administration duties
- assisting the manager (female) in accounts clerical work including invoicing & bills
- respond in the fastest possible time frame to client requests
- receiving & coordinating advertising material orders for the 2-weekly installation ‘run’ period (you will be trained)
- receive and dispatch all relevant advertising material in a timely and accurate manner
- ensure accurate and organised storage of all relevant advertising material (this requires some light physical handling)
- provide accurate and useful feedback to the signage installers in Toolbox meetings every 2 weeks (the guys)
- onsite auditing of some signage installers every 2 weeks (again, training provided)
- data entry into Excel and specialised industry programs (easy to navigate)
- receive and respond to emails and phone communications in a fast and friendly manner
