Description:

The PMG is a family run lettings agents, specialising in property letting, management and facilities management. Based in Honley, Holmfirth, PMG bring local expertise and a personal touch to every interaction. As a family-run business, PMG believe in fostering strong relationships and ensuring that each client feels valued. You will provide administrative support to the team.

SKILLS/INTERESTS REQUIRED

  • Experience delivering fantastic customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Strong IT skills.
  • Good communication Skills

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • GCSE or equivalent English at Grade C/4 - REQUIRED
  • GCSE or equivalent Maths at Grade C/4 - REQUIRED

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising between tenants and landlords to negotiate tenancy terms and renewals.
  • Managing client paperwork and bookings, ensuring all required information is accurate.
  • Assisting with office organisation, reception duties, and tenant registration.
  • Matching tenants to the right properties and providing detailed property information.
  • Promoting properties using effective marketing techniques.
  • Keeping your Line Manager informed on progress and addressing any challenges.
  • Removing properties from the market once they’re let agreed.
  • Ensuring all properties adhere to proper health and safety standards.
