Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This multi-faceted role will have you working at the heart of our Perth office, greeting visitors, answering calls and emails, assisting with event planning including social club events, and providing technical support for room bookings and AV issues. You’ll join a close-knit team in Perth and work alongside colleagues from our interstate offices, contributing to the smooth running of our workplace. With sustainability at the core of all our projects, we will be looking for someone who can help drive sustainability within our office.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Greet visitors and handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
- Arrange security passes for visitors and staff, and ensure the security card register is audited monthly.
- Manage meeting room bookings through our desk booking system, keeping rooms and the reception area tidy.
- Be the go-to person for AV troubleshooting and minor IT requests.
- Support daily office operations, including handling mail, coordinating couriers, and liaising with vendors and building management.
- Assist with setting up meetings and events, from arranging furniture to ordering food and beverages.
- Undertake First Aid and Evacuation Warden responsibilities.
