Description:

Atlas Ontario Electric Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. This role will play a key part in managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining effective communication across the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with the electrical or construction industry is a plus.
    Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
    Location: Office in Ontario, Canada.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with planning team meetings and events.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of invoices, contracts, and other documents. Update and track project statuses.
  • Financial Assistance: Process expense reports, assist with payroll, and support accounts payable/receivable as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between clients, contractors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Office Operations: Monitor office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and oversee basic office maintenance tasks.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and assist with preparing reports as requested by management.
