POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Represent Chasing Cars to car manufacturers, maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with journalists to manage the content calendar and coordinate test vehicle supply.
  • Build strong personal relationships with PR staff from car manufacturers for first access to new vehicles.
  • Track fleet availability across manufacturers and manage vehicle logistics, including intake, storage, and return.
  • Liaise with delivery staff and book test track venues, maintaining relationships with testing sites.
  • Coordinate logistics for key events, such as the annual Car of the Year award, which involves interstate filming.
  • Oversee finance and compliance for Chasing Cars.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal partners and manage contractors and office resources.
  • Uphold A&G’s values, guidelines, and legislation, ensuring compliance.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as needed to support operational needs.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Business qualification.
  • Experience in logistics or similar roles preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of Australian car brands desirable but not essential.
  • Track record of delivering results.
  • Experience managing external stakeholder relationships.
