Description:
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
BSCT is looking for an Office Administrator who will be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands.
For you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly. A pleasing personality is also highly valued.
JOB REQUIREMENTS.
Office Administrator Requirements:
Minimum 6-12 months of relevant work experience
Ability to write clearly.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Able to work Monday to Friday
Qualifications: NZQA Level 2
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week

Responsibilities:
· Maintaining appointments and meeting arrangements with internal and external members
· associated with the Organization.
· Organise and attend monthly Trust meetings and taking minutes and documentation of the
· outcomes and implementation of necessary actions.
· Liaising with staff and providing them necessary information.
· Answering phone calls, responding to queries of any official emails.
· Preparing reports, documentation, and correspondence
· Meeting and receiving visitors and organizing appointments.
· Maintaining meeting record and book-keeping, record of any cash transactions elc.
· Work with the Funding Organisations and the Administrators to ensure funding process
· runs smoothly.
· Organising monthly and six monthly budgets for the member organizations with the Accountant of BSCT.
· Administration tasks. managing the documentation and ensuring the smooth running of National office or any other tasks assigned by the Chairperson
