QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Must be detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
- Secretarial coursework or college degree in business preferred
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supervising, training and developing office staff
- Oversee branch office support activities including review, modification, development and implementation of office operating procedures
- Perform administrative and related duties to support the Human Resource function for the branch including ensuring completion of records for new hires, terminations, transfers, etc.
- Refer HR-related employee inquiries to the appropriate corporate HR staff or third party administrator
- Act as liaison to third party administrator for workers’ compensation claims
- Assist with scheduling of paid time off
- Maintain branch personnel files, medical files, and attendance records
- May be responsible for assisting with payroll-related issues, processing of online applications, and submission of disability log
- Assist other departments as needed
