QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Must be detail oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
  • Secretarial coursework or college degree in business preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supervising, training and developing office staff
  • Oversee branch office support activities including review, modification, development and implementation of office operating procedures
  • Perform administrative and related duties to support the Human Resource function for the branch including ensuring completion of records for new hires, terminations, transfers, etc.
  • Refer HR-related employee inquiries to the appropriate corporate HR staff or third party administrator
  • Act as liaison to third party administrator for workers’ compensation claims
  • Assist with scheduling of paid time off
  • Maintain branch personnel files, medical files, and attendance records
  • May be responsible for assisting with payroll-related issues, processing of online applications, and submission of disability log
  • Assist other departments as needed
