Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE

Our multiuser operation based in Dublin have an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and customer centric Office Administrator where you will play a crucial role in keeping our warehouse operations running efficiently to meet and exceed our customers’ requirements.
In this role, you’ll work Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:30, we do require someone who can offer some flexibility for earlier start times as required.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to create and process customer orders in our warehouse management system, ensuring orders are input accurately into the system so that the warehouse team are able to pick and pack each order in an accurate and efficient way, to meet operational demand.
In addition to order processing, you will handle billing for customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. You will also have regular interaction with clients through email and phone, allowing you to build and maintain strong and positive relationships with our customers, therefore your communication and customer service skills will be outstanding
