JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

- Intermediate MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Very strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to find solutions and resolve conflict.

Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform reception duties including answering and redirecting incoming calls in a professional manner, coordinating outbound shipments, responding to emails and other errands.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to resolve issues.
- Work collaboratively within the team to ensure sufficient stock levels and timely delivery of shipments.
- Prepare invoices.
- Dispatch service related requests.
- Processing and posting various types of invoices, credit notes, and inventory transfers.
- Conduct daily scheduled outbound customer calls and confirm or alter standing orders, e-mail confirmations and reminders related to products and services.
- Maintains filing daily that includes receiving cash, cheques and credit card slips from the Drivers.
- Assists in the collection of Accounts Receivable.
