Description:
We are currently looking for an Office Administrator for our Brantford location. The successful candidate will hold billing, rating, and payroll responsibilities in a team environment. This position reports to the Payroll Manager.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a strong understanding of computers, strong typing skills and be proficient in Excel and Word.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task
- Must have strong organizational skills and communication skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

- Work within our electronic systems to ensure proper information has been entered and documented
- Maximize process efficiency within our systems
- Assist in preparation of driver payroll in an accurate and timely manner
- Preparation of customer invoices
