Your role
What you’ll be doing
Corpay^ is currently looking to hire an Office Administrator within the Facilities Management division. This position falls under our Fleetcor Deutschland GmbH line of business based in Nuremberg, Germany.
This is a permanent role working part-time hours (9 hours over 2 days per week). This role is based on site at the Nuremberg office.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Managing and maintaining a sufficient level of office supplies. Including consumables, products, and stationery.
  • Ensuring the property, with specific reference to communal areas, are kept clean/tidy.
  • Liaising with suppliers, processing invoices/payments and managing office expenses
  • Meet/greet external visitors, signing them into the site and issuing/managing temporary security key fobs.
  • Prepare meeting rooms in advance of all external visitor appointments.
  • Coordinate orders for catering requirements and distribute to meetings.
  • Liaising with trades, contractors and suppliers to administer required works.
  • Managing and scheduling annual reviews, as part of legal requirements
  • Assist with the management and implementation of fire and first aid procedures and policies.
  • Schedule annual reviews/tests, as part of legal requirements
  • Social Committee, event management and organisation
