Description:

We are recruiting an Office Administrator to work on the companies database. You will join an Irish owned Training company based in Sandyford, Dublin 18.
The suitable candidate will have previous database experience and be able to work on their own initiative to help grow and categorise the existing database.

This role requires someone detail orientated with a minimum of 3-3 years previous relevant experience.

  • The main responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy, and efficiency of our clients database records by identifying and correcting errors and maintaining consistent data standards.
  • Perform data verification to ensure the integrity of the records through outbound emailing and phone Calls.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to meet targets.
  • Calls will be required to be made to existing clients on the database to build and grow a solid accurate database.
  • Categorising customers on the database
  • Hours are 8.30am-4.30pm Monday-Thursday and 8.30am-3.00pm Fridays (Fridays are wfh days)
  • Salary is €35-37500 depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Min 2-3 years previous database experience or proven administrative experience to show excellent attention to detail
  • Mathematical mind
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft excel
