We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator who enjoys handling a variety of tasks and is ready to jump back into the workplace. If you love staying busy and having a mix of office and on-the-go duties, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to keep the office running smoothly
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling
  • Coordinate supplies and keep the office organized
  • Run errands as needed (use of a vehicle daily, mileage reimbursed)
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry
  • Help organize office events and meetings

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone returning to the workforce who’s excited to tackle a mix of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • A valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle
  • Friendly and reliable with excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with basic office software. Experience with MS Office Suite (training available if needed)
