Hours: Flexible, Part-Time or Full-Time
We’re seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator who enjoys handling a variety of tasks and is ready to jump back into the workplace. If you love staying busy and having a mix of office and on-the-go duties, this role could be a great fit.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to keep the office running smoothly
- Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling
- Coordinate supplies and keep the office organized
- Run errands as needed (use of a vehicle daily, mileage reimbursed)
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry
- Help organize office events and meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone returning to the workforce who’s excited to tackle a mix of tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle
- Friendly and reliable with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with basic office software. Experience with MS Office Suite (training available if needed)
