Description:

This role is a dynamic role that is for someone who thrives on being busy but also has good decision making skill. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an environment that is mission driven, results driven and community oriented. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, screening calls; managing calendars; responding to emails; making travel plans; meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and financial data/managing accounts payable . The Executive Assistant must have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work well under pressure and manage a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to join our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in office management or similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Familiarity with phone systems and other office technology.
  • Quickbooks experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
