OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Forza Site Services is expanding its operations and seeking highly skilled Office Administrators to join our dynamic team! We have six full-time permanent positions available for experienced professionals who share our commitment to excellence.
JOB SUMMARY
As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office environment. Reporting to your direct supervisor, you will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, maintaining organized filing systems, and leveraging Microsoft Office and QuickBooks to drive administrative efficiency. Your exceptional communication and organizational skills will be crucial in coordinating schedules, supporting team activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for staff and clients.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Clean background check and commitment to a drug-free workplace
