Fullhouse Modern is well established independent vintage + modern retail furniture & decor company. We are in search of a very talented, computer-savvy, & well organized senior Office Administrator for our retail furniture business
This role could be a satisfying, learning and growth opportunity for the right person. The candidate is a natural multitasker and enjoys working in a fast-paced, and ever-evolving retail environment. This senior administrative role is broad in scope, often with minimal supervision & requires daily liaising with the business owner, sales staff, warehouse & contact with wholesale vendors.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

Minimum five (5) years working in managerial Office Admin in an unsupervised / responsible role with accountability
Post-Secondary Education a must. University / College in Business Admin
Advanced computer software / computer skills
MS Office Software; Outlook - Intermediate, Word, Excel - Intermediate
Some working knowledge of Quickbooks Online
Basic business math skills
Keyboarding 55+ wpm, with a high level of accuracy
Proof reading / reconciling / editing skills
Highly detail-oriented person, excels at organizing, tracking & follow up

The expectation is to work in-office 3 days per week - Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday.
