Solid experience as an administrator working as part of a busy team
Advanced IT skills including full use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, capable of using PDF editor and any experience with viewpoint for projects and Oracle would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative requests and queries from Senior Managers
  • Organise and maintain our internal filing system
  • Input data onto internal system such as viewpoint
  • Support procurement though Orbit
  • Distribute of construction drawings to Site Managers
  • Book meetings for site-wide operations
  • Provide general support to visitors and the induction process
  • Act as a point of contact for staff and visitors
  • General office duties, including raising requisitions
  • Support our operational teams
  • Collate reports for meetings
  • Assist with administrative duties for the Customer Liaison and Site Support staff
  • Assisting with Fleet ManagementLiaise and Support the Head of Operations and Commercial Team
