Description:

In this role, you will have hands-on involvement in various aspects of the business focusing primarily on the accounts receivable and sales support functions as well as some general office administration.
Key duties include:
- Reconciling bank statements and investigating discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve billing issues and address client inquiries.
- Generating and reviewing aging reports to track overdue accounts and following up with clients to ensure timely payments.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of all accounts receivable matters.
- Maintaining necessary registrations for customer accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Competency in use of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in administration
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively.
- Accountability for their assigned tasks.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to various business functions.
