Description:

In this role, you will have hands-on involvement in various aspects of the business focusing primarily on the accounts receivable and sales support functions as well as some general office administration.

Key duties include:

  • Reconciling bank statements and investigating discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to resolve billing issues and address client inquiries.
  • Generating and reviewing aging reports to track overdue accounts and following up with clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Maintaining thorough documentation of all accounts receivable matters.
  • Maintaining necessary registrations for customer accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Competency in use of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook)
  • Experience in administration
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for working collaboratively.
  • Accountability for their assigned tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to various business functions.
