OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - WILMSLOW
- Up to £27,000 per year + excellent benefits and progression

- Some travel to Manchester City Centre required (approx. 2-3 days per month)
Are you a highly organised and proactive individual looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading financial services company, is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team. We are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately for this role.
As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of the office, as well as providing executive support to directors. You will also assist with HR administration, organising events, and championing employee initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills and be the go-to person in a thriving company.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and creating a welcoming environment
- Booking meetings and attending these with the directors
- Preparing documents and reports
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Liaising with contractors and IT providers
- Overseeing health and safety in the office
- Assisting with executive support tasks such as diary management and travel arrangements
- Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks
- Organising social and charity events
- Maintaining a well-organised and tidy office environment
