    Our client, a leading organisation in the engineering industry, is seeking a dynamic and organised Office Administrator to join their team. ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and directing visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
  • Coordinating diaries, meetings, appointments, travel, and accommodation arrangements
  • Handling clerical tasks including organising and filing documents
  • Managing communication channels, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and implementing office policies
  • Accurately inputting data into various systems and databases
  • Providing administrative support to Project Managers, Directors, and colleagues across the organisation
