Description:
We are in the process of recruiting an Office Administrator/HR Assistant in Twinsburg, Ohio! This is an exciting opportunity to grow your administrative and HR career. This is a permanent position with full time standard business hours.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all employees
- Handle various administrative tasks to support the HR department
- Keying invoices
- Pull reports and help with all office duties to support the staff
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Assist with arranging travel arrangements and scheduling meetings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and seamless operations
- Reconciliations and billing

- Administrative background
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Open to 1+ years of professional experience
- Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
- Demonstrated expertise in making a compliance strategy for the organization
- Ability to design and implement HR policies and procedures
- Experience in managing HR metrics and creating reports
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with employees at all levels
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
