Description:

Job Summary
You will be responsible for the daily running of the Auckland office including reception duties and site services.
You will also be responsible for managing the IFF and Danisco sample rooms and liaising with Account managers on incoming and outgoing sampling.
The role will report to the Country Manager New Zealand and will be an on-site role. The role is full-time, 5 days a week, but we also welcome applicants who prefer reduced hours.
Office Administration
Reception duties including answering phone, replenishing supplies, organising functions and events (on and offsite), Customer service support.
Sampling
Receiving, sorting, and shipping samples to customers, organising local and international deliveries.
Site Services
Supporting facilities manager and liaising with suppliers.
Purchasing
Raising Purchase Requestions as required, processing invoices.
Sample Management
Managing both IFF and Danisco sample rooms.
