Description:
- Office Administrator - Law OfficeRichmond HillOur client, a well established law firm located in Richmond Hill is looking to add an Office Administrator to its team.As part of the management team, the Office Administrative function is responsible for day-to-day activities that ensure the smooth running of the office.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, organizing files, and performing other clerical tasks as needed. The ideal candidate for the role is a team player who has excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage company facilities, including space planning, relocating employees to new areas, setting up desks and equipment for new hires
- Oversee office supplies and services, including restocking supplies, keeping inventory, scheduling deliveries
- Maintain employee records (e.g. vacation and sick leaves)
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Assist with correspondence for the office, such as emails, letters, packages, and phone calls
- Assist with vendor contracts and relations, and other office functions and servicesRequirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an office manager or admin assistant or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience handling service providers (e.g. office suppliers, repair and maintenance)
- Demonstrated the ability to manage multiple priorities.
