THE OPPORTUNITY
Do you want to work with the best construction company in the Kootenays? We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our growing team based out of our satellite office in Fernie, British Columbia. Reporting to the Controller, the Office Administrator is the go-to person for the organization of all administration for two busy offices in Fernie and Nelson. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration including managing all software and IT needs, managing insurance, licenses, general inquiries, records management and support for all aspects of the business. The Office Administrator will also be responsible for some bookkeeping functions as needed, with potential travel to the Nelson office as needed. We are looking to hire a full-time, Office Administrator. As a member of the North Mountain Construction team, you will play a key role in overseeing the administrative operations of the business. We look for those with a keenness to learn, solid work ethic, an eye for detail, and desire to contribute to building our communities.
