Option Construction, Option Excavating, Treadstone and New Image Installations is a locally owned General Contractor/Petroleum Contractor based out of Spruce Grove, AB, specializing in Downstream Oil and Gas, Commercial Industry buildings, Residential solar, and Commercial Excavating. We provide new construction, redevelopment, facility maintenance services and installations throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Ontario.
We are looking for an Organized, Reliable Office Administrator who is a great team player to join us at our Spruce Grove location three days a week from 8 a.m. to 430 p.m. This is Maternity leave coverage, which may be extended.
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, maintaining the telecommunications systems, general office duties and front-end security.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma is required.
• 2-3 years of Reception experience preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented with a critical degree of accuracy
• Intermediate computer skills in Excel, Word, Google Sites and other programs.
• Accurate and efficient typing skills.
• Able to multitask.
• Must have own transportation.
