We are looking to add a qualified Office Administrator at our Body Shop with a minimum of 1-year administrative experience preferably in a dealership or Body Shop setting. General Responsibilities:
- Reconcile daily transactions
- Provide status updates to clients and insurance partners
- Billing files and following up with receivables (A/R)
- Overseeing all forms of communication with clients and insurance companies
- Receive and process vendor invoices
- Other administrative tasks, as required
Requirements (including but not limited to):
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Previous Body Shop experience considered a very strong asset
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Windows and Outlook;
- Communication skills in both verbal and written;
- Confidence in your ability to be successful;
- Self starter and self-motivated;
- Ability to work well with others or alone.
