We are looking to add a qualified Office Administrator at our Body Shop with a minimum of 1-year administrative experience preferably in a dealership or Body Shop setting. General Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile daily transactions
  • Provide status updates to clients and insurance partners
  • Billing files and following up with receivables (A/R)
  • Overseeing all forms of communication with clients and insurance companies
  • Receive and process vendor invoices
  • Other administrative tasks, as required

Requirements (including but not limited to):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous Body Shop experience considered a very strong asset
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Windows and Outlook;
  • Communication skills in both verbal and written;
  • Confidence in your ability to be successful;
  • Self starter and self-motivated;
  • Ability to work well with others or alone.
