Description:

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous administration experience in a busy organization is essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with general office systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • A professional, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of accountancy or financial services (desirable but not essential).

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain and update client records and office documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and accountancy staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork, both digitally and in physical formats.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Manage diaries and appointments for key personnel.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional office environment by adhering to company procedures and promoting best practices.
