Description:

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous administration experience in a busy organization is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with general office systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- A professional, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of accountancy or financial services (desirable but not essential).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain and update client records and office documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection requirements.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and accountancy staff, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing paperwork, both digitally and in physical formats.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Manage diaries and appointments for key personnel.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional office environment by adhering to company procedures and promoting best practices.
