Title: Office Administrator
Job Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30PM
Location: Bonnyville
Salary: $50,000 per year
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the Regional Manager and assist in the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, from answering phones and data entry, assisting drivers with digital platforms to ordering and picking up supplies. The role requires excellent communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to run errands/pick up supplies as needed.
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining databases.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and software, especially those used in transportation/logistics, is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist drivers with digital platforms, troubleshooting, and guiding them on using company software and tools.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure the office is always well-stocked.
  • Pick up supplies or materials as needed to support office operations, drivers.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of office records and reports.
  • Maintain office filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist with general office duties such as managing mail, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist in any other administrative duties as assigned by the Regional Manager.
