Our client, a leader in the franchised food space, is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Office Administrator to join their team in Prahran. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to make their mark in a thriving business. This permanent part-time role offers 4 full days a week, Monday-Thursday (office closed Fridays).

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of MYOB and/or XERO preferred but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly computer literate with intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive approach to improving administrative processes
  • Experience with Asana advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • A positive, fun-filled attitude with a sense of humour!

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Working in a modern, open-plan, paperless office, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manning the front office
  • Petty cash control
  • Managing stationery orders, couriers, kitchen, equipment, and utilities maintenance
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Franchise Department, including franchisee administration and data collation
  • Fulfillment of franchise marketing materials
  • Email management
  • Minute taking
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required
