Our company is growing and evolving at a frantic pace and we require immediately an Office Administrator to join our winning team. This position requires a person with a diverse skillset, including strict confidentiality, attention to detail, strong time management skills, ability to work independently and as a team, multi-task and be flexible in an ever-changing environment.
The successful candidate will perform these job functions:
Full cycle Bookkeeping
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Payroll - Including T4’s and ROE’s
- Bank Reconciliations
- Project Costing
- All government remittances
- Year End
- Benefits Administration
- Other Bookkeeper Duties
Clerical
- Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls
- Purchasing and managing general supplies
- Filing
- HR Duties
- Duties as assigned
Other Duties
- Shipping and receiving
- Quality control inspections
This position is full time Monday – Friday plus overtime. There is a 3 month probationary period. After 3 months we have an employer sponsored medical/dental benefits plan and after 1 year we have an employer sponsored RRSP plan. Starting pay rate for this position is based on experience/ qualifications and is between $25-32 per hour. Wage will be reviewed after 3 months, 12 months, and then every 24 months thereafter.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Experience in an office environment 4+ years
Bookkeeping certificate or equivalent experience an asset but not necessary. We will train the right person.
Must have Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
