PBS Truss Manufacturing Ltd. will be opening a 24,000 square foot truss manufacturing facility in Coldstream, BC. The plant is expected to be completed and up and running by September 2024. We are looking for hard working and experienced team members to join and help get this exciting venture off the ground. PBS Truss Manufacturing Ltd. will be located at 9623 Hill Drive in Coldstream, BC.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma.
  • 2-3 years administrative or office coordination.
  • Office administration course (10-month).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, & telephone skills.
  • Aptitude for computing numbers and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, ERP, DocuSign).
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Leadership and collaborative abilities.
  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
  • Deadline driven.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

PBS Truss Manufacturing Ltd. is looking for an experience Office Coordinator to join the soon to be completed plant in Coldstream, BC. This role will ideally start mid to late August, in advance of opening of the plant. The Office Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our truss plant. This position is responsible for various administrative and coordination tasks, providing essential support to both the production team and the head office functions of Pro Builders Supply Ltd. This is a standalone administrative role with diverse responsibilities, from managing office supplies to coordinating order processing and facilitating communication between departments.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for reception duties, including managing incoming calls and emails.
  • Oversee office equipment and supplies, ensuring proper invoicing and maintenance.
  • Open, sort, and deliver mail to the appropriate departments.
  • Process reports as required.
  • Supports Managers with the onsite onboarding/orientation process.
