Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator / Receptionist to join our team. This is a key front-facing role responsible for providing administrative support across the business while ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and phone inquiries, providing a professional and friendly service.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, post, and phone calls.
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and booking meeting rooms.
- Assisting with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining records.
- Supporting HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks as required.
