Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Administrator / Receptionist to join our team. This is a key front-facing role responsible for providing administrative support across the business while ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy office environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: €28,000.00-€35,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and phone inquiries, providing a professional and friendly service.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, post, and phone calls.
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties such as document preparation, data entry, and filing.
  • Scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and booking meeting rooms.
  • Assisting with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining records.
  • Supporting HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
