Description:
TEAM 2000 REALTY Inc., Brokerage is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their model home/sales office in Cambridge.
The ideal candidate(s) for this position will meet the following criteria:
- Excellent Computer Skills are a must
- Excellent Presentation Skills with a Positive Attitude
- Punctual, Professional, Courteous, Outgoing & Energetic with the ability to work in a Team Environment
- Providing administrative assistance to management as well as our Agents
- Data entry and drafting of real estate related documents
- Providing administrative support to sales teams
Proficient with computer programs and applications
Microsoft office experience is a must
Attention to detail and organization skills are an asset
Sales Office Operating Hours:
Monday - Thursday 1pm to 7pm
Saturday and Sunday 11am-5pm
This position requires WEEKEND shift availability ongoing.
Administrative position hours and days may vary depending on the needs of the sales office.
This position is a combination of a variety of administrative functions/reception duties along with required focus on data entry and deal administration, within a new home sales environment.
