Description:

Armstrong Timber Engineering is a leading provider of timber engineered products for the construction industry, from large scale developments to one-off self builds.
As we continue to expand we are seeking experienced administrator(s) to support our business.

Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

  • Document and database management in line with our delivery schedule
  • Manage delivery dockets, customer invoicing and support the financial management of customer accounts.
  • Support with stock management and control including goods inward processes, purchase orders and vendor management.
  • Issuing customers with product certification documentation
  • Manage reception, direct calls and communications to our teams
  • Ad-hoc administrative support across business functions
  • Preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Carry out general admin tasks associated with the business such as post, printing, event co-ordination, catering.

Interested candidates must have

  • At least 2 years experience in administration within a busy office environment
  • Advanced computer skills, especially Microsoft excel with experience in financial software preferable
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately input large volumes of data
  • Customer focus and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet, show initiative and manage workload independently
  • A positive can-do attitude

This is a full time position but we may consider two part time roles for the right candidates.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No more than 39 per week

Additional pay:
