JOB SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage the daily administrative tasks of our shop. You’ll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and seamless customer service. In addition, you’ll support our digital marketing efforts to enhance our online presence.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in administrative roles (experience in retail or firearms industry is a bonus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email management, and basic data entry.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, email marketing platforms).
- Knowledge of firearm licensing processes in South Africa is an advantage.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Manage shop correspondence, including emails and phone inquiries.
- Maintain inventory records and assist in stock management.
- Process online and in-store sales transactions.
- Handle firearm licensing documentation processes.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products and services.
- Keep records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks.
- Assist with digital marketing tasks, including: Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns. Posting and engaging with followers on social media platforms. Assisting with marketing design
