We pride ourselves on our professional yet friendly work environment and are looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Receptionist.
Job Summary:
The Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company. This role requires a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented individual to handle front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and presentable.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges).
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • End to End handling of Driver applications
  • Other Administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Office setting with occasional requirements to support special events or meetings.
