Office Administrator - Riyadh

What will you be doing?
The purpose of this role is to oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly. The successful incumbent will provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and scheduling meetings. This role reports into the Office Manager.
What will you need to be successful?
- Oversee and maintain the receptionist area.
- Ensure there are adequate office supplies and manage the inventory.
- Managing and distribution of shipments.
- Maintaining office equipment.
- Experience in the preparation of presentations, reports, collection of data and managing emails for the Vice President of the region.
- Experience in managing EVP
Successful candidates would need the following:
- Bachelor Degree of Business Administration.
- Two years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong Administrative Skills.
- The ability to communicate in Arabic and English
