Due to the high demand for our services, we are looking for an Administration Officer to join our busy team, who are Honest, Hardworking and Reliable individuals to join our company.
Hourly Rates from £13.00 (Highest Paying in the area)

Responsibilities:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Producing letters
- Diary Management
- Responding to emails
- Checking and ordering stock
- Ensuring the smooth running of a busy office
- Liaising with domestic and commercial clients
- Distribution of staff Rota’s via our computerised system
- Checking incoming and outgoing post
- Answering phones and directing where necessary
- Updating policies and procedures as and when required
