Description:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Real Estate Administrator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support the real estate team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations, and maintaining high levels of professionalism in client and team interactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in real estate administration in Dubai.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of real estate platforms like Bayut and Property Finder.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with RERA regulations and documentation procedures.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • Manage and organize property listings, documentation, and databases.
  • Prepare contracts, agreements, and related paperwork for property transactions.
  • Handle scheduling for property viewings, client meetings, and team events.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or social media promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns or issues related to property transactions.
  • Marketing Support:
  • Update property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, etc.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure proper promotion of properties.
  • Compliance and Records Management:
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and RERA regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client information, and property documents.
  • Liaison Work:
  • Coordinate with brokers, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Communicate with external parties like banks, developers, and legal consultants when required.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Generate and present periodic reports on property performance and sales progress.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to the team.
