JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, (Using Microsoft Packages / Photo Shop etc. THIS IS ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT.
This role requires excellent organisational skills and a strong understanding of office procedures and systems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Proficient in computerised systems and software including Photo shop and Microsoft packages.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Good clerical skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
