JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for a young, energetic and proactive Office Administrator to join our Singapore office.
Requirements and skills:
- Young, energetic, and proactive individual with a strong interest in administrative and HR work.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive learning mindset.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations for the Singapore office, ensuring smooth office maintenance and staff support.
- Assist with HR management tasks for the Singapore site, including recruitment, employee engagement, paperwork, attendance and leave tracking, and logistic arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate culture and employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, offboarding, staff performance management and collaborating on training and development programs.
- Handle office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
- Organize and coordinate office events and meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Welcome guests and clients, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.
