    Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, coordinating with various departments, maintaining supplies, and providing administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively and have the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace
  • Coordinate administrative activities and provide support to various departments
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Assist in organizing company events and coordinating meetings
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence
  • Creating and logging callouts for maintenance related issues
  • Perform general duties such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill
  • To have the ability to problem solve unsupervised
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
