Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

York Downs Chemists is looking to hire a meticulous, well organized person who understands the importance of phone etiquette when dealing with our customers. Ability to problem solve with our courier to track boxes in transit.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with filing systems and phone etiquette
  • Experience with Sage an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Experience working with customers in providing excellent customer service
  • Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for easy access to important documents.
  • Ability to dialogue with our customers and handle courier issues in our shipping department
  • Experience with Sage is an asset to produce invoices for orders being shipped
  • Processing credit card payments for orders being shipped
  • Processing courier waybills for orders being shipped
  • Organize invoices for our accounting department daily
  • General office administration
