Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to maintain seamless office operations.
  • Coordinate and manage the company drivers’ schedules, ensuring timely and efficient transport services.
  • Arrange and handle all aspects of company-approved business travel, including air tickets, hotel bookings, and visa applications.
  • Oversee the handling of official documents for postage and courier services, maintaining accurate records of usage.
  • Source and select suppliers for festive gifts, ensuring timely delivery for special occasions.
  • Assist in organizing company events by coordinating venue bookings, food arrangements, and logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute memos related to administrative matters, keeping the company informed and up-to-date.
  • Step in for reception duties as needed, ensuring a professional and welcoming front office.
  • Ability to translate Chinese materials when required; proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
