Fitch Solutions is seeking an Office and Administrative Services Manager for our New York City based team (approximately 400 employees). This important role combines the responsibilities of executive support to the President of Fitch Solutions with administrative and operational oversight of our New York City based offices. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional administrative acumen and, an ability to deliver a dynamic work-place environment that effectively supports our professional services employee base.
The Executive Support and Office manager role will require a strong onsite presence to ensure seamless office operations and executive support. This is a full time on-site role where you will manage daily tasks, coordinate with the team and handle immediate needs as they arise.
