The role
The Office and Board Administrator will provide support to the Board of Directors and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring smooth and efficient office management operations. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable individual capable of managing multiple priorities with professionalism and confidentiality
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Executive Support:
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and expense management
  • Support preparation and distribution of Executive team monthly management Board reporting packs and other documents on behalf of the ELT
  • Support, coordination and preparation of Town Hall decks and agendas
  • Compile data, and prepare reports and documents as requested by the ELT

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience of organising meetings, agenda setting and minute taking
  • Ability to work with IT systems to improve efficiency in the office
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
  • Demonstrable discretion, meticulous about confidentiality and in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and willingness to learn and develop within the role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and provide effective solutions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands
