Responsibilities:
As a Office and Culture Coordinator you’ll be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of all operations at our vibrant Brixton office from office improvements to the weekly food delivery
- Organising team events (weekly lunches, monthly socials, christmas parties, weekends away etc.)
- Team support from spearheading charitable giving events to organising birthday presents and scheduling office massages and yoga sessions.
- Supporting and developing our team culture by responding to feedback and suggestions from the team
- Ensuring workplace policies such as health and safety and other operational people policies are up to date.
- Assistance with employee onboarding and offboarding and other administrative tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
