Description:

OFFICE AND FACILITIES MANAGER EXPERIENCE ESSENTIALS

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities and administrative support, with strong proficiency in Windows 10 and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. A full UK driving license for travel between sites is required. Experience in raising purchase orders, invoice processing, and using finance packages like Lightyear is desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the maintenance of the company’s facilities over two sites
  • Managing budgets in relation to operating costs
  • Managing reception including answering phones, greeting visitors, post, and meeting room diaries
  • Arranging travel and event bookings for colleagues
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Managing HSE inductions and trainings, as well as administrative tasks
