Description:

SOUTHERN TEAM AUTOMALL, VIRGINIAS’ #1 VOLUME NEW CAR DEALER IS SEEKING MOTIVATED, ENERGETIC INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE ABLE TO LEARN QUICKLY AND START GENERATING RESULTS IMMEDIATELY.

We are seeking a full-time representative in our Service Business Development Center. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM and EVERY FIFTH SATURDAY.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, (X-Time, CDK experience helpful) data entry, and computer software and ability to learn and use new programs.
  • Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills
  • Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
  • Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
  • Previous customer service/call center experience preferred
  • Automotive industry experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Answers incoming calls and schedules service appointments for the service department. Makes outgoing calls to assist the Parts Department
  • Answers customer questions about service performed or refers them to someone who can.
  • Handles customer requests and complaints with professionalism, integrity, and poise, and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
